Asset surveys are rarely as simple as walking into a building with a clipboard and ticking boxes.

MEP asset verification & data capture

• Assessed mechanical, electrical and building fabric assets within occupied Library environments, including public, communal and operational areas.

• Recorded asset condition, functional suitability and space utilisation across mechanical, electrical and fabric elements.

• Conducted passive fire protection observations within public and communal areas on a non-intrusive, visual basis.

MEP asset verification & data capture

• Undertook MEP condition and asset verification surveys across University campus buildings, working as part of a three-person survey team.

• Assessed mechanical, electrical and building fabric assets within live teaching, research, communal and operational environments.

• Recorded asset condition, functional suitability and space utilisation across a wide mix of university spaces.

• Carried out passive fire protection observations within teaching, circulation and communal areas on a non-intrusive visual basis.

• Captured structured asset data using mobile surveying platforms and populated asset registers to support estates information.

• Coordinated with university estates teams and stakeholders to manage access, maintain progress and reduce disruption within occupied campus buildings.

• Worked across a campus environment that was anything but ordinary — from well-used lecture theatres and auditorium spaces to specialist augmented and virtual reality facilities, showing the range of spaces modern university estates teams have to manage.

MEP asset verification & data capture

CeeBDee completed a full MEP asset verification programme within a live acute hospital - one of the most demanding operational environments for this type of work. Mechanical, electrical and public health assets were verified and recorded throughout, with careful coordination to work safely around occupied clinical areas and active hospital services without disruption.
